Refund policy

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH 9LIVERY AND WWW.9LIVERY.COM ARE FOR RACING & OFF-ROAD USE ONLY UNLESS CLEARLY NOTED OTHERWISE. They should never be used on public streets or highways. Check your local laws regarding such use in your state. We are not responsible for failure to comply with Local, State, or Federal laws regarding motor vehicles. We highly recommend professional installation by a competent mechanic for all products we sell.

At 9Livery, customer satisfaction is our number one objective. If you receive a product other than what you ordered, or it is damaged/incomplete, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Customer error, dissatisfaction, no longer wanting a product, or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than 9Livery's documented error or shipping carrier damage will not be accepted. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 10 days will not be accepted for return. If you knowingly receive the incorrect product and open the box, you own it. Period. ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF 9LIVERY. We accept no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification. 9Livery recommends professional installation for every product we sell and all products listed are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY unless otherwise clearly noted. All shipping damage claims are the responsibility of the customer, but we will provide you with the proper documentation and assistance.

Terms/FAQ

  • All cancellations and returns must be authorized by 9Livery, and an RMA number must be used when returning products or they will be denied.

  • All order cancellations may be subject to a 10% fee; once an item is shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

  • All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; once an item's packaging is open, item is used, or 10 days have passed since products was received item can no longer be returned.

  • We will not accept returns on any used, modified, or damaged products

  • Returns and cancellations are solely determined by 9Livery

  • There are no cancellations on special order items.

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims is subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods

  • Claims for goods damaged in shipping must be submitted to the 9Livery within 48 hours of receipt per shipper's records and photograph verification must be e-mailed to 9Livery@gmail.com. All packaging in which damaged goods are received must be saved for carrier's inspection

  • All products are 'free on board,' meaning that the customer assumes ownership as soon as the item is picked up by the courier.

  • Clothing & Merch: Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for most items listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let
    us know at 9Livery@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Vinyl Wrap Installations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

1.Payment Upon Completion. Customer agrees that he/she is fully responsible & liable for timely payment of all charges for labor, parts, material & accessories, sublet repairs, & any other charges incurred under these Terms & Conditions, and payment in full shall be made prior to the release of the vehicle.

2.Additional Repairs. Customer may authorize 9Livery, Inc. to conduct additional repairs that are discovered following closer inspection or disassembly orally, in written form, or via electronic messaging & all such additional repairs shall be listed on the final invoice.

  1. Sublet Repairs, Repair Location and Authority to Operate Vehicle. Customer acknowledges & authorizes 9Livery, Inc. including its subcontractors & employees, as 9Livery, Inc. deems appropriate, to perform portions of the repairs through use subcontractor(s) hired by 9Livery, Inc. and operate the vehicle, including use on public streets, for the purposes including, but not limited to, inspecting, testing, pick-up, delivery, facilitating repairs, and other services.

4.Damage or Theft. Customer acknowledges and agrees that 9Livery, Inc. is not responsible for·& does not accept any liability for the theft, or damage to, the vehicle, or any personal property left in the vehicle, that is not a direct result of 9Livery, Inc.'s gross negligence. Customer acknowledges that said property is not insured or protected to the amount of the actual cash value thereof, or otherwise, against loss related to theft, fire or vandalism while the property remains with 9Livery, Inc. customer further acknowledges that all personal property has been removed from the vehicle, and that 9Livery, Inc., its employees and its  subcontractors are not responsible for inspection thereof.

5.Storage Fees & Lien Sale - Customer authorizes & acknowledges that if the vehicle is not picked up within ten (10) days after 9Livery, Inc. has notified the Customer that the repairs or services are completed, 9Livery, Inc. may charge daily storage fees at rates that are ordinary & customary for the

area, but not to exceed $100.00 per day. In addition to any and all other available legal &equitable remedies, 9Livery, Inc. may, in accordance with applicable state law, begin lien sale Proceedings & sell the vehicle by way of a public auction.

  1. 1 Year Limited Warranty. Subject to the obligations and exclusions below, 9Livery, Inc. warrants the repairs against defects in workmanship for the applicable period time set forth in Section 7 during such time, 9Livery, Inc. will repair or replace any parts which prove to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts or labor relating there to, subject to the terms and conditions herein, including, but not limited to Section 7(C) below. All warranty repairs must be performed at 9Livery, Inc.'s facility.
  2. Warranty Period. Non-Transferability & Non-Assignability. Except as otherwise provided herein, 9Livery, Inc. warrants the repairs and wrap only to Customers and for only as long as Customer owns the vehicle, but in no event for less than sixty (60) days. Customer may not expressly or implicitly transfer or assign any rights granted under this limited warranty. . If a client notices any issues, they must notify 9Livery immediately and it is the client’s duty to contact 9Livery to schedule within 48hrs of dry weather, to assess and remediate the issue once discovered
  3. Defects in Manufacturer's Parts, Material or Accessories. In certain instances 9Livery, Inc. may use parts, materials or accessories in its repairs/services that have been procured from third-party manufacturers and/or suppliers. In such instances, 9Livery, Inc. warrants such parts, materials or accessories only to the extent that the third-party manufacturer or supplier's warranties apply to 9Livery, Inc..
  4. Limitations and Exclusions. This limited warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by any cause beyond the reasonable control of 9Livery, Inc., including any defects, damage or malfunctions caused by or resulting from unauthorized service or parts, improper or inadequate vehicle
  5. Environmental Damage. This limited warranty does not apply to neglect or damage caused by chemicals, tree sap, road salt, sand, rocks, pebbles, hail, Windstorms, sun, pollution or other environmental factors or road hazards that may damage vinyl, paint, and plastics.
  6. Waiver of Right to Return of Replaced Auto Parts. By entering into this agreement Customer waives any right to the return of auto parts replaced by 9Livery, Inc. and Customer agrees that all parts replaced under this limited warranty shall become the property of 9Livery, Inc.. If you do not wish to waive your rights to return of replaced parts, please inform the center manager before you sign this document so that we may make appropriate arrangements.
  7. DISCLAIMERS: THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH 7 IS THE COMPLETE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR 9Livery, Inc. REPAIRS & SERVICES AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO 9Livery, Inc. REPAIRS & SERVICES IN NO EVENT WILL 9Livery, Inc. BE LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER OF THE VEHICLE

DESCRIBED IN THIS AGREEMENT, FOR ANY COMMERCIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INDIRECT INIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OF A COMMERCIAL NATURE WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF 9Livery, Inc. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUE DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY PART OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN CONFLICT WITH APPLICABLE LAW, 9Livery, Inc. WILL FOLLOW APPLICABLE LAW.

  1. Entire Agreement, Headings, Validity. Customer acknowledges that he/she has not been induced to authorize repairs or purchase services by any representation or warranty not set forth in this agreement This is the entire agreement between 9Livery, Inc. & Customer, and supersedes all existing agreements and all other oral or written communication between them concerning its subject matter. This agreement may only be modified in writing, signed by 9Livery, Inc. & Customer, either through manual or digital signatures.
  2. Customer agrees that 9Livery is not responsible if paint damage or removal occurs during or after installation. Customer agrees to disclose any and all known aftermarket paint or exterior parts to 9Livery before installation. Customer agrees to bring 9Livery their vehicle freshly washed or they will incur a detailing fee no less than $125.

After Care Education and Warranty

We appreciate you choosing us for your vehicle styling needs! Please review our aftercare and warranty information listed below. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

Our vehicle install warranty is 1 year against noticeable manufacturer defects, peeling and pulling only. If a client notices any issues, they must notify 9Livery immediately and it is the client’s duty to contact 9Livery to schedule within 48hrs of dry weather, to assess and remediate the issue once discovered. Failure to address vinyl concerns in a timely manner can void your warranty and will be treated as neglect.

We are trusted installers and specifically use only proven high end name brand vinyls such as 3M, Avery, Hexis, Inozetek, KPMF, Koochoi, and TinyBot Vinyls. If, however, a client requests a specific color using a non-trusted brand such as (but not limited to): Teckwrap, eBay rebrands, Amazon vinyls, etc, there will be no warranty provided with the vinyl, removal, or any damages that may occur to the vehicles paint/plastics etc. once removed. These off-brand vinyl’s have non-tested semi-permanent/permanent glue and we have noticed that it’s a 50/50 chance that it will come off or pull paint while coming off. We chose to stick to the proven brands so there are no foreseen issues. With that being said, we do not warrant client provided vinyl either. If a client insists on providing their own vinyl, this will also void any warranty for the install, removal and/or vehicles paint/plastics while removing. We also cannot warranty or guarantee any installs over rust, primer, fiberglass, moving parts (hinges, wheels, calipers etc.).

Please note, during installs there is always the chance of minor scratches, cuts, and a chance that paint may pull off. We do not know the history of your vehicle such as if it’s been repainted, fixed, or sprayed improperly, if it had proper cure time, if there is rust forming underneath, not enough layers of paint etc. With that, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during install or during removal of any panels, badges, etc. We will do our best to disclose any potential issues we foresee before we start.

Installs may take longer during colder temperatures as the vehicle needs to be cleaned, dried, prepped, and let sit in a constant temperature of 70 degrees inside our shop for at least 12-24hrs for proper adhesion. When you wash your car before your appointment, please do not use tire shine or tire dressing. Use of these products immediately voids your warranty before we begin installation.

PLEASE NOTE: Conform Chrome Series Films are chrome accent films designed to add special effects to vehicles. Before using, client shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and accepts responsibility to ensure compliance with any and all laws and regulations concerning the use of chrome film on vehicles or in the ultimate graphic application, end user (meaning the client) assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith.

It is recommended that the chrome vinyl be protected with the use of DOL1460. This is an additional cost. If desired, please request a quote. The DOL1460 laminated to the top of the film prior to application will provides greater structure to the product and improves abrasion resistance. However, greater care should be taken to ensure ultimate longevity of this specialty vinyl. It is intended for car shows, and off-road use only and is normally manufacture rated for one year durability.

Some surface imperfections are not uncommon in the film, or during install. Slight hazing on edges and conformed contoured areas occurs. Minor Scratches are normal with install. these are not considered a defect or covered under any type of manufacturer warranty and are expected with this type of film. Chrome wraps as with other vinyl wraps are not recommended to be brought through any type of touch less or car wash in general. Hand wash is the preferred form of cleaning with new microfiber towel, and water/non-abrasive soap. Wax or Detail Spray may be applied in a cool shaded area. Polishing Compounds are not recommended.

Chrome wraps & Specialty films (aside from printed) do not carry any type of workmanship warranty.

Maintenance Education:

  • Do not wash your vehicle for 2 weeks after receipt. Please avoid leaving your vehicle in rain if possible. We recommend drying your wrap after rain exposure with a microfiber rag
  • Use new microfiber rags when cleaning. If you drop your rag, do not reuse this rag as it may have picked up small rocks that can scratch your wrap
  • Avoid automatic car washes with brushes or high powered jets
  • Clean wrap only with ph balanced automotive soap
  • Detail only with wrap approved quick detailers such as Meguiars Quick Detail, Chemical Guys, Adams Polishes, etc.
  • Do not use orbital polishers or buffers
  • Matte/satin wraps, do not use any unless they are matte/satin wrap approved
  • We recommend washing your vehicle at least once every two weeks to preserve the longevity of your wrap
  • We recommend not using circular motions when washing or detailing your wrap. Instead use long overlapping strokes from start to finish.
  • Do not detail your vehicle in direct sunlight
  • If your vinyl wrap begins to tarnish or crack, contact us immediately so that we may assess the situation. Wrap that has gone bad on a vehicle can damage your paint if it remains on for too long.

As stated in section 7 of your final bill, 9Livery offers a 1 year limited warranty on our workmanship. ​Improper maintenance, washing the vehicle with abrasive detergents or acids, modification, neglect, or removal will void your warranty. Our warranty does not cover impacts and abrasions due to objects including rocks, collisions, acts of God, tumbleweeds, or likewise.

Should you see any lifts or bubbles in your wrap or decals, please contact us immediately so that we may inspect, repair, or reinstall the warrantied items.
