9Livery's processing time is standard 1-4 business days. All products ordered will be shipped next business day after payment processing unless otherwise noted. Tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as we receive them from the shipping company. Shipping times are not guaranteed (times provided by us or the shipping company), they are an estimate for when the package should arrive.

Once the package leaves the hands of 9Livery, we are no longer liable for damage incurred. Each shipment is insured.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days
